Your First Soul Session
~ This will be our very first session together!
With a shared intention in designing our time together, we will connect with your soul and see what is asking to be addressed. Remembering who you are, why you are here, and aligning with your higher self is so important. The alternative is to be busy, distracted, and overwhelmed; it's so easy to lose your path. The guidance, clearings, and miracles that occur in this session is intended to fuel your growth and evolution over time. Possible techniques I will employ are Co-Active Coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Matrix Reimprinting, Reiki, and other energetic tools.

Soul Alchemy Sessions
Now that you are beginning to remember who you are and why you are here, there is a natural desire to align with that higher part of yourself and tend the gap between where you are and where you want to be. This is the work. These sessions uncover and transform what is in the way and map a way forward. Our work together is tailored to your precious life.
